Set up and use OneDrive on printers
Step 1:
Go to the printer and select Scan to OneDrive.
Step 2:
Now select the plus sign in the top right corner of the bar.

Step 3:
Now you create a profile name (first name & last name) and a password. The password consists of four numbers.

Step 4:
After setting the profile name and password, click Create, and a new window will open. A QR code will appear in this window, as shown in the screenshot below. You must scan this QR code with your company phone.

Step 5:
A website will now open on your company phone. Simply click "Continue."

Step 6:
You then need to enter the code that appears next to the QR code on the printer display.

Step 7:
Accept user policies

Step 8:
Now you have to log in once with your Microsoft credentials, after which you'll be prompted for an authenticator.

Step 9:
Finally, a test should be performed within 72 hours to ensure that the profile functions as shown in the screenshot.
